Project
Miami Modern House
Miami, FL
Case study
How it was built
A ground-up custom home in a bold minimalist language: long cantilevered planes, glass walls onto the pool terrace, and interiors where the structure itself is the finish.
Scope of work
Architectural execution from the owner's approved concept; cast-in-place concrete structure with exposed soffits; frameless glazing systems; integrated lighting design; polished stone and wide-plank floors; full landscape and hardscape package.
What made it hard
Minimalism hides nothing - flatness, shadow gaps and panel alignment had to be exact, because there is no trim to forgive a lazy millimeter.
Outcome
Completed in 2025; the house now anchors our portfolio conversations about modern construction done to the drawing.
Every project here started with one conversation.
