A coastal family residence built around indoor-outdoor living: the great room, loggia and pool deck read as one continuous space with the doors pocketed away.
Scope of work
New construction on a corner lot; elevated slab to meet flood requirements; sliding-wall systems with concealed tracks; outdoor kitchen and covered loggia; impact glazing throughout; turnkey interior finish from tile to closets.
What made it hard
The indoor-outdoor concept lives or dies on thresholds - drainage, track details and floor levels had to line up to the millimeter across inside and outside trades.
Outcome
A house the family moved into the week of the final walkthrough, delivered turnkey - design through furniture-ready interiors.
